At the impound lot, Larry finds himself at his wit's end as he deals with demanding Chicago tourists. Meanwhile, Ticket Supervisor Luz is working to toughen up her well-meaning but soft-hearted rookie, Jim, who dreams of belting out tunes on American Idol instead. In another part of town, Sherry and Garfield venture into bustling downtown Philly in search of "quality boots," leading to some unexpected emotional moments.
