In the parking lot, a couple seeks divine intervention to retrieve their towed vehicle. Supervisor Ken steps in to assist Marylin as she confronts an irate driver parked illegally on the sidewalk. Meanwhile, on their Boot patrol, Steve and Sherry encounter a defiant offender they previously let off the hook, leading to a tense standoff.
