Episode Overview
The Warners enlist the help of their overly enthusiastic neighbor, Bernice, who eagerly offers to assist Kim with groceries and entertain Sam. After an irritating encounter at the pediatrician's office, Christine recognizes it's time to encourage Jimmy to pursue his long-buried dream, which he abandoned after she initially discouraged him from becoming an umpire. Despite claiming she was right, Jimmy confides in Greg that he’s been using his dream’s demise to manipulate Christine. Greg persuades him that his aspiration isn’t foolish and he should seize it. Meanwhile, Kim grapples with jealousy over Bernice's growing bond with Greg. Jimmy's debut as an umpire turns chaotic, leading to a tumultuous game that leaves everyone frustrated.
