Episode Overview

June and Chloe show up for their first tenants' meeting following the arrival of a new family in their building, but their behavior causes quite a stir. Realizing that they could earn a bad reputation as the building's troublemakers, June feels compelled to rein in Chloe's antics. However, things take a turn for the worse when Chloe becomes interested in Mark, complicating matters even further as James steps in to undermine June's attempts at maintaining a good image.
