Episode Overview

All five diners, including the host of the evening, remark on the peculiarity of one particular dinner party. However, it’s Roy Ledger’s gathering that is sure to be the most memorable, as he’s the last in the group to host. In an unexpected twist for a summer night, Roy has chosen a Christmas theme, which his guests discover only when they see the menu. The meal features garlic mushrooms and seared scallops with prawns as appetizers, followed by roast turkey with some trimmings and orange-crusted salmon for kosher guest Bernice, and concludes with sherry trifle. Taking a bold approach, Roy prepares much of the food in front of them. During dinner, the conversation shifts to the unusual items in Roy's garden and a unique piece of clothing Anthony is sporting. They also discuss their future plans, culminating in Roy announcing the winner of the £1,000 prize.
