Episode Overview
Maria Wilkinson, the third host for the dinner party, feels confident in her abilities as a restaurateur, even though she isn’t a professional chef. However, some guests are concerned she might rely too much on her restaurant staff for the meal. To assist, she brings in her business partner to serve the dishes. Her carefully crafted menu features a double baked smoked applewood soufflé as an appetizer, crab and mint mousse stuffed chicken breast for the main course, and a white chocolate pannacotta for dessert. Instead of a traditional palate cleanser, Maria opts for a fun activity for her guests, which doesn’t unfold as she had hoped. By the night’s end, the guests have plenty to discuss about both Maria and her business partner.
