Episode Overview
In the first installment of a two-part special, four Paralympians, both former and current, compete in a cooking showdown. The contestants include Giles Long, a retired swimmer and current Channel 4 presenter for the Games; Ann Wild, a fiercely competitive ex-wheelchair basketball captain now on the British shooting team; Lee Pearson, a nine-time gold medalist in dressage; and Rachael Latham, a former Paralympic swimmer and fellow Channel 4 presenter. The week kicks off with Giles hosting a 'wear your worst tracksuit' night, sparking playful banter among the men. On the second day, Ann strives for an elegant affair, but things take a wild turn when Rachael's dessert leaves her feeling worse for wear even before the meal ends.
