Episode Overview

The first contestant to take a shot at victory in Swansea is 36-year-old theater enthusiast Dean Verbeck. His Hollywood-themed soirée impresses his guests, particularly the glamorous Yvonne Davies, who’s often compared to Joan Collins. Yvonne adores champagne, almost as much as her beloved dog, Misha. However, she isn’t fond of 50-year-old Bronwen Ward, who prides herself on being Swansea's most glamorous woman and has a strong dislike for pets. Yvonne chooses a Dallas/Dynasty theme for her evening, which the final contestant, recruitment consultant Mike Bates, enjoys, although he’s even more excited about his own wrestling-themed night later in the week.
