Gillian aims to impress her guests—35-year-old emergency call handler Melissa Kirby, 58-year-old property mogul David Edes, 24-year-old hair stylist and socialite Zarina Ainslie, and 24-year-old personal trainer Jamie Tulloch—by serving a traditional menu featuring top-notch local ingredients and plenty of bagpipe music.
