Episode Overview

Tina and Alexa, college roommates, visit the police station after being plagued by threatening phone calls. Chris, a detective from Homicide, informs them he can't assist. The following day, Tina is found dead in her car, prompting Alexa to blame Chris. Later that night, while Alexa is in bed with her boyfriend Jeff, he whispers something eerily similar to what the killer used to say to Tina. Terrified, she locks herself in the bathroom. Once Jeff leaves, she rushes to the police station to report it. Chris and the Captain decide to dig into Jeff Chadwick's background. Meanwhile, Rita is preoccupied with the Costanzo Case, while Chris attempts to mediate between his friends Rick and Liz Faraday, who are in a dispute over salary, similar to what he and Jillian previously experienced.
