Episode Overview

In the season two premiere, Diane foolishly donates Elvis's guitar to a celebrity auction to impress Amy Hillerman, despite not actually having it. Meanwhile, Nick finds himself threatened by a local mob boss, prompting the FBI to send him undercover in Las Vegas to take down the criminal. Aware that Nick is away, Diane manipulates Clapper into taking them to Vegas, hoping to ask Elvis for a donation of his guitar. The girls indulge in some gambling and even find themselves performing on stage by accident. When Nick encounters them, chaos erupts, leading to the mobster's arrest. Meanwhile, Rose becomes smitten with one of the mobster's getaway drivers.
