Episode Overview
The Doctor lands on Jaconda, a planet that was once vibrant and flourishing, now reduced to ruin by enormous gastropods. The ancient tales of half-human, half-slug inhabitants turn out to be true. Despite the Doctor's erratic behavior, Lt. Lang is determined to save the twins, who are finally made aware of the significant mission awaiting them on Jaconda.
