Episode Overview
Toby Hauser, a chronic gambler, finds himself in a precarious situation, owing Ben Logan $200,000 from his illegal gambling operations. With the deadline looming, Toby can only scrape together $5,000. Logan's men warn him that if he fails to pay, they will target his wife, Cathy. Fearing for her safety, Cathy reaches out to Cannon for assistance.
