Mama's Family (1983)

Episode Overview

Vinton is selected to portray Santa at the Raytown Mall, but after excessive rehearsing, he loses his voice! In a pinch, Mama steps in to take over as Santa Claus. She encounters a host of unruly children but is moved by a sweet little girl who asks for tools for her jobless father. Meanwhile, Mama is distressed over the disappearance of her cherished star, crafted by her husband during their first Christmas together.
