Episode Overview

Sagara and Kaname narrowly evade their pursuers and are now on the run, desperate for an escape. Deep within the forest, Sagara’s injuries begin to take their toll, prompting Kaname to suggest they take a break. After Sagara manages to staunch the bleeding, Kaname starts to grasp just how perilous and enigmatic Sagara truly is. Their situation worsens when they encounter Kurtz, who appears severely beaten by Gaul. As the trio attempts to reach the coastline, they find themselves trapped; the forest gives way to open fields. Sagara devises a plan to distract the enemy while Kaname makes a break for safety, but Kaname adamantly refuses to abandon them.
