Episode Overview

The aspiring young chefs are put to the test in a tense team challenge where they must prepare meals for a group of food critics, professional chefs, and journalists at a pop-up restaurant along the stunning California coastline. They have one hour to create exquisite scallop appetizers, followed by another hour to present red snapper entrees. The team that excels will secure a spot in the semifinals, while two members of the team that falls short will face elimination from the competition.
