Episode Overview

Eli's recent promotion at the law firm comes with some drawbacks: he lacks an office, a secretary, and the authority to choose cases. He takes on the challenging case of a 15-year-old boy whose mother died as a result of Dr. Agon's medical malpractice. Dr. Agon is employed at the same hospital where Nathan works, which means Eli will need to sue the institution. Meanwhile, Jordan appoints Maggie as Eli's supervisor, forcing him to follow her lead. In an effort to make amends with Eli, Taylor arranges for a live performance by George Michael.
