Episode Overview

On his first day as head physician, Doc dons his white coat and steps into a whirlwind of new responsibilities. He must balance the needs of his patients while dealing with mounting pressure from the Administrative Director, who has hinted at shutting down the department. Thankfully, Doc has the support of his team, even though Julia is still contemplating her departure and Richard is facing challenges brought on by the new residents.
