Episode Overview

Nikita persuades a hesitant Birkhoff to invest his personal fortune of 20 million dollars into a scheme aimed at crippling Percy and Division financially. However, when Percy swindles Birkhoff out of his entire savings, tensions rise between them. Team Nikita faces a critical opportunity to strike back at Percy, but Birkhoff gets apprehended while attempting to reclaim his stolen funds. Realizing the urgency, Nikita understands she must rescue him from jail before Division can reach him. Meanwhile, Michael and Alex set out to recover Birkhoff's lost money while Nikita focuses on saving him.
