Episode Overview

In this episode, Æon successfully sneaks into Bregna just as Trevor Goodchild has seized temporary control from the abducted chairman Clavius. Almost immediately, Trevor implements a policy of "complete openness," deploying surveillance cameras throughout the city to exert total authority over its citizens. Meanwhile, Gildemere, a soldier loyal to Clavius, schemes against Trevor, suspecting him of orchestrating the kidnapping. Trevor’s motivations for this coup are twofold: he consolidates his power in Bregna and plans to use Clavius' body to create a secluded area secured by a mysterious ornate key.
