As we kick off our 12th season, we dive into the renovation of Hazel Briceno's three-family, triple-decker home in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. In collaboration with Boston's Public Facilities Department and their Residential Development Program, we’ll transform all three levels. We start by immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Jamaica Plain. Next, our host meets with Lisa Chapnick, the head of the Public Facilities Department. Finally, the team introduces homeowner Hazel Briceno and connects with contractor Abel Lopes to discuss the project ahead.
