Next, the team heads to Newton, where a developer is capitalizing on the opportunity to purchase aging ranch homes and revamp them significantly—a theme the season will delve into. In Lexington, the host meets Brian and Jan Ioge, along with their kids, Brennan and Sarah, in their ranch-style home they've occupied for nine years. Eager to expand, the Igoes receive confirmation from the crew that the existing structure is solid and can be enhanced without needing repairs first. The guys assure the Igoes they'll support their renovation efforts.
