Fast forward a year, and the house is beautifully restored. Dick Silva shares insights about the fire before guiding us through the remnants of the property. Later, our host sits down with Dick and his wife Sandra to talk about their intentions to rebuild on the original site. The episode concludes with a look at the basement heating plant, which investigators suspect might have sparked the fire.
