Episode Overview
The This Old House team kicks off its 22nd season aboard the beautifully restored USS Constitution, located in Boston Harbor's historic Charlestown Navy Yard. After leaving the ship, they hike up to Bunker Hill to explore the site of the iconic Revolutionary War battle and the story behind the monument's creation. As they make their way, they admire stunning examples of 17th and 18th-century architecture, many recently restored. Shortly after, Steve embarks on a walking tour of Charleston with local realtor Frank Celeste, who shares his inspiring journey of transformation in Boston's real estate scene. Celeste introduces Steve to Dan and Heather Beliveau, a young couple who have just bought a three-story 1865 Second-Empire brick townhouse on Bunker Hill Street and are seeking renovation guidance.
