Tom and the master carpenter embark on a tour to check on the progress, highlighting the newly added wood roof, intricate roof details on the expansion, and the remodeled third floor with its fresh dormers. Meanwhile, landscape contractor Roger Cook, landscape architect David Hawk, and homeowner Janet McCue explore plans for the new landscaping, considering adjustments to the size and placement of the existing driveway. The kitchen design is now complete, and designer Kevin Finnegan guides Steve through a full-scale mock-up.
