Neko stumbles upon a secret room that belongs to Osoto, where she uncovers a diary filled with names of new targets and numerous photographs of Atori from the living world. Believing Osoto is up to something sinister at the hotel, she sets out to thwart his plans. Kiriko informs her about a unique handgun hidden in the manager's office. With newfound resolve, Neko confronts Osoto, insisting on understanding his continued obsession with Atori.
