Episode Overview

Joannie decides to take on a nude scene in a Shakespearean production, feeling a sense of relief when Tom mentions he won't be able to attend the performance—though it's clear this is all part of a promotional stunt. Meanwhile, Abby is reluctant to introduce her former father-in-law to Tom and share her intentions of marrying him. In an attempt to help, David sets up a deal for Tom to purchase an engagement ring for Abby through a colleague, but things quickly escalate, making it more complicated than expected.
