Steve Rinella is on a journey through the Sacramento Valley in central California, eager to embrace adventure and indulge in delicious cuisine. Three centuries ago, Spanish settlers released a few pigs to transform acorns into bacon, and now, hunting wild pigs represents a blend of outdoor living and exceptional food. Rinella plans to whip up a gourmet meal in the wilderness, featuring Pork Loin roasted with Apples and Rosemary, all cooked in tinfoil over an open fire.
