Episode Overview

Steven Rinella heads south of the border to pursue the magnificent Gould’s turkeys. As the largest of North America's five turkey species, the Gould’s is well-protected in the US. Accompanied by his knowledgeable friend Jay Scott, who is intimately familiar with the region, Steve embarks on this thrilling Mexican expedition. Once they’ve secured their prize, he plans to prepare a flavorful feast by grilling the brined turkey over unique, locally-sourced charcoal.
