Episode Overview

Chef Robert Irvine visits the Dog & Pony Ale House in Renton, Washington, where he encounters owner Kristen. Although Kristen is clever and quick-witted, she struggles to manage a demanding group of customers who pressure her into impulsive menu changes and unnecessary equipment purchases. Compounded by her lack of trust in her staff and significant IRS debt, Kristen faces a daunting challenge. Robert must equip her with the skills to assert herself and transform the chaotic bar into a welcoming establishment for its patrons, or risk the Dog & Pony shutting down and Kristen losing everything she’s worked for.
