Episode Overview

Upon receiving a call for assistance from a staff member, Chef Robert Irvine and his team arrive at Peppino's Ristorante Italiano in Oviedo, Florida. Owners Susan and Luigi had dreams of passing the restaurant onto their son, Nato, but they struggle to trust him because of his lackluster work ethic and attitude. With only two days and a budget of $10,000, Robert faces the challenge of revamping the outdated menu, improving service, and refreshing the decor, all while assessing whether Nato has what it takes to manage the restaurant.
