Chef Robert Irvine is approached by Ayana, the eldest daughter of Luvina and Jameel, who run So Natural Organic Restaurant and Market in Harker Heights, Texas. Driven by their love for healthy cuisine, Luvina and Jameel launched the restaurant without any prior experience and have rapidly found themselves in financial trouble, unable to afford staff beyond their own family. After witnessing a chaotic lunch service, Robert realizes he needs to help the couple streamline their operations while also transforming their decent healthy dishes into exceptional meals that are delicious and nutritious.
