Restaurant: Impossible (2011)

Episode Overview

Chef Robert Irvine receives an emotional request from Yianni, the son of Tasso, who owns Broad Street Bistro in North Versailles, PA. Tasso has run the restaurant for only a year and a half, but it's struggling due to its uncleanliness, dim atmosphere, mediocre food, and an overwhelmed staff. Kathy, Tasso's wife, is frustrated with the amount of time he dedicates to the bistro, while Yianni, a trained chef, has attempted to assist but feels ignored by his father. After surprising both Kathy and Tasso, Robert devises a third unexpected ambush that will leave everyone on edge.
