Robert Irvine travels to Shreveport, Louisiana, to assist Mavice, who runs her late father's restaurant, Eddie's. While the seafood establishment is renowned for its iconic stuffed shrimp, both the dish and the restaurant's overall quality have significantly declined. Mavice's unwillingness to embrace change is jeopardizing not only the food and finances but also the family’s heritage.
