Episode Overview
Chef Robert Irvine arrives at the Whistle Stop in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he meets Linda, a previous employee who took over the restaurant after the former owners decided to close it down unexpectedly. Unfortunately, the venture has proven to be a bad investment, and Linda has been relying on her late husband's inheritance to keep the restaurant afloat. With just two days and a budget of $10,000, Robert must revamp the dining area, tidy up the kitchen, and provide training for the staff.
