Chef Robert swiftly identifies the root of the Caseyville Café's troubles in Caseyville, Ill. The restaurant is in disarray, with the staff overpowering Diane and Robin, leading to financial losses in the tens of thousands and straining their mother-daughter bond. Before he can assist Diane and Robin in revamping the menu and decor, Robert confronts the staff with a decisive ultimatum: they must choose who will remain part of the team. If they fail to commit, Robert will walk away, leaving the mission unfinished.
