Episode Overview

Chef Robert Irvine heads to Smyrna, Delaware, to assist three generations of women struggling to maintain the Wagon Wheel Family Restaurant. The establishment is in disarray, plagued by frozen food, outdated decor, a dysfunctional family dynamic, and a disrespectful staff. Surprisingly, the only thing sustaining the restaurant at this point is muskrat. With just two days to mend both the family relationships and the business, Robert faces the urgent challenge of making improvements before even the muskrat's popularity runs out.
