At the Pomona Golf and Country Club in Egg Harbor City, N.J., a nine-hole course and clubhouse have been managed by three cousins for ten years. The clubhouse has seen little renovation in its 45-year history, and a dwindling number of younger clients has hindered the business's profitability, causing tension among the owners.
