During Buccaneer Week, Gulf Haven is completely decked out as a pirate's paradise. Eager to enhance his role as mayor, Andy urges Ellie to tap into her alter ego, Charming Ellie, to attract tourists. Jules falls head over heels for this delightful new persona, affectionately nicknaming her "Chellie." At the same time, Laurie decides to whip up some "naughty cakes" to boost her sales, adding to the town's festive spirit.
