Following the harrowing Halloween of the previous year, Carly Beth has buried her old haunted mask for good. However, her friend Steve is determined to find a mask that can match its fright factor, but Carly Beth is tight-lipped about its whereabouts. Just when it seems all hope is lost, Steve stumbles upon a mysterious man wearing Carly Beth’s old mask, who guides him to an old novelty shop that's been boarded up. Sneaking in through a back entrance, Steve swipes a creepy mask from the basement, unaware that Carly Beth's old mask is alive and manipulating both him and the shopkeeper to reclaim its former owner!
