The Chris Isaak Show (2001)

Episode Overview

After spending a month in the studio, Chris and his band have wrapped up recording the title track for a new David Lynch film. The next day, disaster strikes when the studio catches fire, destroying the master recordings. Luckily, Chris had the foresight to burn a CD copy and take it home, but now he can’t locate it. In a panic, he tears through his apartment, while his cousin Ordell, who also has a track on the CD, shows up with a dowser to help find it. Time is running out, and they may need to re-record the song in just four hours, a task that originally took four weeks. Meanwhile, Anson starts to suspect his new girlfriend Deedee, an avid collector with a penchant for odd memorabilia, might be involved in the CD's disappearance. At the same time, Yola is diving into her artistic side by taking a pottery class taught by a handsome and charming instructor.
