George is overjoyed when he discovers he's been named the Man of the Year by The Happy Guys of Pittsburgh. However, his excitement quickly turns to dread upon realizing he has to deliver a speech, which frightens him. At the same time, Kevin is working on a class project where he’s paired with a lovely girl, but he’s reluctant to show her off in public.
