Heather has been struggling in her French class, and Marsha pushes her to find a tutor. Excited to discover that her tutor will be a high school boy, she is taken aback to find out he is blind. However, she soon understands that he’s just like any other guy. Meanwhile, a full-blown feud erupts between the Owens and their neighbors, the Huffnagels, all due to Wesley's mischievous behavior.
