Wesley takes part in a school spelling bee where one of the girls competing seems to be getting close to him, but her motives are far from pure. At the same time, Mr. Belvedere steps in to help the Owens family regain control of their finances, imposing a tight budget after realizing their spending has spiraled out of control.
