Wesley has earned the title of valedictorian for his elementary class, but just days before the big ceremony, he pulls a prank that prompts his classmates to tell him he needs to mature. As a result, Wesley starts to grow up more quickly than his friends can handle. At the same time, Heather and George get ready for a father-daughter race, while Kevin becomes convinced he has spotted a UFO.
