Episode Overview

Wesley is confident about his run for student body president, believing he has an easy path since no one is challenging him. However, just before the election, Billy Podell, a paraplegic student, enters the race. Wesley feels hesitant to attack him due to his circumstances, but Billy isn't held back and takes shots at Wesley instead. Meanwhile, Mr. Belvedere secretly wishes for a surprise birthday celebration, despite having previously stated he wanted to avoid any commotion.
