Athena, Bobby, and the 118 rush to help a family trapped in their pick-up truck, which has been rigged with a pipe bomb that will explode if the vehicle drops below 55 miles per hour. At the same time, Eddie struggles to adjust to his new position, while Buck makes a hasty choice regarding his love life. Hen finds it difficult to accept her new partner now that Chimney is gone.
