At the Maine-New Brunswick border, authorities seize a snuff film, leading Carver to discover the body of the film's victim in the U.S. ICS connects the footage to the brutal biker gang, Satans Guard. Meanwhile, Maggie travels to the East Coast to reunite with her estranged daughter, Kim, whose boyfriend, a former gang member, is willing to expose his past associates. As tensions rise, ICS uncovers a cross-border serial killer who has turned his attention towards Kim, intensifying the urgency of their investigation.
