Olie is thrilled about the note his teacher sent home to his parents—until Billy makes him worry it might be about something bad he did. Meanwhile, Billy’s little brother comes over to play, but Binky makes a terrible first impression on Zowie. Then, after watching a TV show where people break world records, Pappy and the kids grab the movie camera and decide to film their own record-breaking attempts.
