Episode Overview

Officers at the Middlesbrough police station confront the harsh consequences of drug abuse in a town grappling with one of Europe’s highest rates of drug-related fatalities. PCs Tash Nicholls and Nancie Mitten respond to a domestic disturbance where a man is experiencing a severe psychotic episode, fueled by £400 worth of cocaine. As they attempt to subdue him, additional backup is called in, but the situation escalates, resulting in injuries to three officers.
